What you will learn
Communication, Attunement and Empathic-Listening are essential skills for developing and sustaining meaningful relationships, good connections and for having open and honest conversations.
This day is about developing Communication and Listening Skills and Knowledge for people working with young-people or adults in learning and care settings. The skills will be support for working with parents, carers and young people.
The workshop will introduce counselling skills, be interactive, use creativity and Arts to explore relationships.
You will learn some psychological theory and have a go at using some effective communication and empathic-listening skills.
